The HOA admin regulates the usage of the street and grants permits for its limited and orderly use for occasions.

Each move-in is required to become a HOA member. The move-out permit is intended to protect the actual owner of the house.

To ensure the safety of homeowners, the HOA admin screens the entry to door-to-door vendors and marketers.
