The Westwood Highlands Homeowners' Association, Inc. (WHHOA) is the organization of homeowners with residency in Westwood Highlands Phase 1, Barangay Langkaan 1, City of Dasmarinas. The Association is mandated to manage various services for community benefit, to regulate the usage of common spaces and activities of community interest, collect fees and assessments from its members, and represent the residents in matters affecting homeownership. The WHHOA is governed by Republic Act 9904 or the Magna Carta of Homeowners Associations and Homeowners and is duly registered with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) since February 3, 2021 with Certificate of Incorporation No. R4A-1845. 

Westwood Highlands Phase 1 is a subdivision of 1,072 townhouses developed by Asia Landbest Properties, Inc. The turn-over of subdivision management to the homeowners' association commenced on February 15, 2024 through the follow-up efforts of the board of directors 2023-2024 led by President Javier Laiz and Vice President Christopher "RNB" Pagsanjan. 

The Westwood Highlands Homeowners' Association is a proud member of the Homeowners Association Federation of the City of Dasmarinas (HAFCOD), an entity established and funded by the Office the Mayor, City Government of Dasmariñas.
