Move-in permit is required so that the Association can admit the new house occupant into the HOA membership.  Only HOA members of good standing are eligible to enjoy the amenities of the subdivision and avail of HOA services. 

The move-out permit is intended to protect the interests of the actual owner of the house.

Processing time: Up to 3 days for move-in; Up to 5 days for move-out.

1. Submit the requirements and a clear picture of the filled-up application form to the HOA Action Center’s FB MESSENGER:

2. Acknowledgement and verification. 

3. Expect issuance of permit via FB MESSENGER on or before Saturday.

4. Print the permit and submit to the guard upon entry
