Categorized as MINOR and MAJOR, the HOA administration regulates the conduct of construction activities for the purposes of order and safety.

Proof of payment of the following:
HOA membership fee (P250)
Proof of payment of updated HOA monthly association dues (P250/month) beginning February 15, 2024
One year advance payment of monthly dues. (P3,000)
Processing fee (P1,000). This is valid for 3 months ingress of construction materials for minor construction.

FOR MAJOR CONSTRUCTION
On top of the documentary requirements of MINOR CONSTRUCTION, the following are required for MAJOR CONSTRUCTION:
Any major construction on the house shall require clearance with the engineer of the developer in order to validate the impact on the structural integrity of the house. (2 weeks processing)

In addition, the HOA administration shall require a CONSTRUCTION BOND as follows:
Construction bond of Php5,000, for construction work worth below Php100,000. Processing fee of Php1,000.
Construction bond of Php10,000, for construction work worth Php100,000-Php500,000. Processing fee of Php1,500.
Construction bond of Php15,000, for construction work above Php500,000. Processing fee of Php2,000.
