The HOA admin regulates the usage of the street and grants permits for its limited and orderly use for occasions hosted by members.

Processing time: File at least 3 days before the event

1. Proof of payment of the HOA membership fee (P250)

2. Proof of payment of updated HOA monthly association dues (P250/month) beginning February 15, 2024
